I provide sessions on-line through video. You can select an available time and prior to our scheduled session, you will receive a link approximately 24 hours prior to the scheduled session that you will go to at the time of our scheduled appointment. There is nothing to download, simply go to the link and I'll meet you there. Sessions may also be completed by Telephone- simply let me know your preference prior to the call.
